And the Winners are….

It has taken Helping Hand 3 days to read all the nominations for our competition #LitterHero toolkit. As young as 7, setting up a Litter Hit squad in school; community groups that are out Litterpicking every weekend; an 80 yr old gentleman cleaning outside his front door every day – you are our #LitterHero – thank you.

Every nomination has been put into the hat and the following 10 are the lucky winners of a #LitterHero Toolkit – on its way to you next week….

1. Matt & Lily Hill – nominated by Lucy Hill
2.M.Edwards – nominated by Mike Smith
3.Nicole Campbell – nominated by Mike Campbell
4.The Pickup Artists – nominated by Michelle Medler (a very active group who clean up 3 towns and organise a junior pick up scheme)
5.Ashton Samuels – nominated by El Clarke (an inspirational Litter picker who has collected over 1100 bags of litter)
6.Friends of Hartington Park – nominated by Ruth Gordon

8.Eric Brown – nominated by Cllr John Picco (Eric has established the Romsey Marsh Litterpick group)

Can I personally congratulate the 105 nominees for all the outstanding work you do – you are all winners making a difference. Don’t forget to tag & share your stories – and watch this space for new campaigns coming up in 2019.
