Delivery Information

Delivery information from Helping Hand Environmental

We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days of ordering. If we are unable to do this we will always contact you to keep you updated with the status of your order. We use both Parcelforce and TNT couriers. If you are not at home to accept your delivery, a card will be left and your delivery will be re-attempted the next working day. Parcel tracking is available on all orders, please give us a call on 01531 635 678 or email shop@helpinghand.co.uk with your order number and we can provide you with the relevant information. Please note that there is a 5 day lead time on Litter Carts and a 7 day lead time on Kits.

Delivery Charges

Standard UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Delivery (3-5 working days) for orders over £65 is free of charge*. Orders under £65 will incur a charge of £4.99. Delivery will take 3-5 working days. *An additional delivery charge of £18.00 is applicable on litter pickers measuring 72″ and above as these have to be sent in reinforced packaging through TNT. Please note, these long litter pickers are excluded from free delivery.

Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey) – £10.00, Delivery will take 3-5 working days.

Specific Delivery Instructions

If you have any specific delivery instructions you would like us to pass to the courier, please enter the details in the order notes box during the checkout process. We cannot guarantee the couriers will always be able to comply with your request but we will do our best to do so.

Please note: instructions to leave items without a signature are only accepted at the risk of the customer. We are not liable for items which go missing in these circumstances.
