Or if you are taking part in Wales the campaign kicks off on St David’s Day 1st March 2017.
The campaign has one simple ambition – to bring together like-minded people from all walks of life to clear up the litter that blights our towns, villages, countryside and coastline. But it’s not just about picking up litter. It’s also about sending a clear signal to those who drop the litter – there is growing movement of people who find littering unacceptable.
You can download resources to help you plan and promote your event, including a handy ‘how to’ guide and posters that you can print off via the official campaign website or alternatively check out our Community page which has links to all funding, our own community and schools guides (please note these are not the official guides to the campaigns but there to support you and your Spring Clean).
Great British Spring Clean branded blue rubbish sacks are now available to order on the Keep Britain Tidy shop. These are priced £3.50 for a roll of ten sacks (postage included). The first 2,500 schools to register events on the website will receive a free roll of branded bags. You can also order exclusive Tshirts and Poloshirts for your events.
