How does a litter picking hoop work?

A litter picking hoop holds your bin bag open so you can drop litter straight in without stopping to hold the bag — saving time and your back. Place the hoop inside the bag, secure the bag to the hoop's rim with the clip or bungee, then carry it by the handle or hook it onto a cart.
