The NEW Handicart Duo supports litter segregation – driving behavioural change in how we manage and collect litter; developing smarter working practices.
Our innovative Duo cart is super lightweight, compact and foldable – making it extremely easy to Recycle on the Go. The dual hoop makes it easier to separate litter as you pick, doubling collection capacity so you can do more, for longer, safer.
Can it be used on a beach and what would be the Max weight capacity? Why different style hoop compared to the Lite?
Our Handicart Duo is a compact foldable litter segregation trolley made from 35% recycled materials – ideal for separating general litter from DMR (dry mixed recycling). Litter pick anywhere thanks to the trolley’s puncture proof tyres – collect litter on sand, gravel, wood chip and tarmac. The main difference between the Handicart Lite vs the Handicart Duo is the ability to carry two bags vs one bag on the Lite version. Watch the product video: https://vimeo.com/558468545

The Duo’s the tray’s are very good especially for carrying bottles which are heavy. The carts are easy to move they are light weight, pull or push, preferred to pull it while litter picking and the handle is set at an ideal height. We have used the carts to carry our tools in too, to get to and from the picking areas saving the use of wheel barrows especially along towpaths. Overall, most impressed and would be ideal for local litter picking actions.

The Handicart Duo from Helping Hand is fantastic for transporting and use. It fits easily in a car boot and I took mine on the tram today using the handy storage bag. We filled two bags on the way home from the event! It’s light and a great addition to our volunteer equipment kit. Well done Helping Hand!

Yesterday I did my first litter pick with my new Handicart Duo and I didn’t have to empty my bags at all. It coped with 2 very large bags of recyclable litter including lots of heavy glass bottles. The full bags were well supported by the trug. So pleased with this product – Dorset Devils
